You can’t go wrong with these super tasty turkey burgers.
Time to fire up the grill!
Ingredients:
1lb ground turkey (93% or leaner)
1 cup oats
½ cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp. seasoning – Mrs. Dash, etc ( my favorite is a chipotle seasoning from Sam’s Club)
Directions:
- Mix above ingredients
- Make into patties
- Grill burgers until cooked all the way through (no pink).
*Can also bake in oven (about 400 for 20+ minutes) or on a George Foreman grill
